Give us the whole route, including any delivery stops for your business. Direct transfers and recurring distribution enquiries are quoted around shipment size, receiving windows, loading access and the allocated refrigerated vehicle.

Product requirements
Provide the required temperature range for the specific meat products and confirm their condition at dispatch. Do not combine incompatible transport requirements in one enquiry without identifying them. Any requested temperature records or additional handling requirements must be agreed before collection.
Loading & receiving
Tell us whether the load is cartonised or palletised and provide the gross weight, measurements and stacking restrictions. Hanging carcasses need a separate assessment of rails, hooks and loading arrangements; no specialist configuration is assumed.
Vehicle & service options
Send the gross weight, measurements and loading requirements. The vehicle class does not guarantee a particular pallet count; fit and availability are confirmed for the allocated vehicle.
Routes & coverage
Dedicated meat routes can be assessed within Gauteng and between South African dispatch and receiving points. Cross-border loads require a separate review of the cargo, route and border documentation responsibilities.
For cross-border transport, customs clearance, duties and taxes are for the client’s account. The written quotation confirms the transport scope and any separately agreed arrangements.

Share the regular collection days, product requirements, usual load and receiving addresses. We assess the recurring route and vehicle availability around that schedule.
