Understand what the quote covers

The transport scope must be agreed for each shipment. Ask which origin collection, airline movement, destination handling, clearance and final delivery items are included. Duties, taxes and shipment-specific charges are not assumed to be part of a transport price. Any special cargo must be declared before a service can be confirmed.

Can I choose a guaranteed arrival time?

Share the operational deadline at enquiry stage. Routing, flight availability, clearance and final delivery are assessed before a delivery arrangement is confirmed.

Can temperature-sensitive or dangerous goods be booked here?
