Cross-Border Transporters
South Africa

Move commercial cargo from South Africa to an agreed Southern African receiving site. Go Girl Logistics arranges dedicated cross-border road freight for one client, matching the vehicle, documentation and delivery plan to your actual goods.
The shipment brief

Your cargo. Your route. One clear transport brief.

Choose general freight or temperature-controlled transport, then provide the weight, dimensions, importer and receiving address. The written quote defines the services and charges included.

Dedicated loads

One client per vehicle, including all agreed collection and delivery stops.

Cargo-matched configuration

Palletised, packaged and other commercial goods assessed by weight and handling needs.

Border-ready planning

Exporter, importer and clearing contacts agreed before dispatch.
Choose the right cargo service

Choose the freight service your load needs.

Keep ambient commercial freight and cold-chain requirements clear in the enquiry so the correct vehicle can be assessed.

General commercial freight

Palletised stock, packaged goods and suitable commercial cargo. Send dimensions, gross weight and loading requirements.

28-ton triaxle transport

Bulk ambient or refrigerated enquiries, with the final vehicle configuration and usable payload confirmed for the load.

34-ton dry-goods enquiries

Dry-goods freight assessed against the actual vehicle, weight distribution, load size and route.

Cross-border cold chain

Refrigerated and other temperature-sensitive freight with a defined product range and receiving plan.

Bonded carrier enquiries

State any bonded movement requirement and the relevant cargo-release and clearing details.

Bonded warehouse handovers

Collection or delivery at a named bonded warehouse, with release instructions and handling scope agreed.
Prepare the complete movement

Make the border movement practical.

A useful quote begins with the complete shipment brief, not just the destination country.
01

Describe the goods

Send the commodity, packaging, gross weight, dimensions, stackability and loading equipment. Include every collection and delivery address.
02

Assign document responsibilities

Identify the exporter, importer and clearing agents. Agree who provides invoices, packing lists, release instructions and any required cargo permissions.
03

Agree receiving and charges

Confirm preferred dates, unloading access and appointments. The quote should specify transport scope, extra stops, handling, border arrangements and other included charges.
A quote built around your shipment

Tell us what the delivery needs.

  • Collection and delivery addresses, including every stop.
  • Cargo type, gross weight, pallet count and dimensions.
  • Exact product temperature range and dispatch stock temperature.
  • Preferred dates, loading equipment and receiving windows.
  • Importer, exporter and clearing details for cross-border loads.
On the quote form, choose Cross-border freight (Southern Africa). State general freight or refrigerated cargo, the required truck configuration, all stops and document contacts.

Before you book

Yes. Include the full itinerary with collection and delivery windows. The dedicated vehicle, cargo suitability and extra stops are assessed and quoted together.

Give the actual weight, dimensions, pallet count and handling needs. For bulk freight, you can enquire about 28-ton triaxle or 34-ton dry-goods requirements; the confirmed configuration determines usable capacity.

The written quote must state what is included. Import duties, taxes, clearing, permits, waiting and additional handling responsibilities are agreed for the shipment.

Use the linked cross-border cold-chain service and provide the exact product range, packaging and required temperature records. Cargo suitability and vehicle availability are confirmed before booking.

Plan the complete cross-border shipment

Send the complete collection and delivery addresses, packed weight and dimensions, cargo description, required product temperature, loading arrangements and service dates. Include every additional stop and receiving appointment.

Customs clearance, import duties, taxes and product approvals are for the client/importer and their appointed clearing agent. Provide the clearing contacts with the enquiry. The written transport quotation specifies any permits, documentation support or border charges included in its scope.
