Chilled cargo does not share one universal temperature setting. Provide the exact product range, packaging and dispatch condition. If items need different conditions, tell us before quoting so compatibility and vehicle requirements can be assessed.
Loading & receiving
Include carton or pallet dimensions, total loaded weight, stacking limits and the loading equipment available. For a multi-stop delivery, describe the quantity going to each receiver and any restricted vehicle access.
Vehicle & service options
Send the gross weight, measurements and loading requirements. The vehicle class does not guarantee a particular pallet count; fit and availability are confirmed for the allocated vehicle.
