Your delivery plan
Plan a once-off stock transfer or a recurring business delivery. Your goods do not need to fill the vehicle: the quotation covers dedicated transport for one booking client, with any additional stops agreed as part of the route.

Measure the packed load
Send the length, width and total loaded height of each pallet, plus the gross weight including the pallet and packaging. Identify overhang, uneven shapes and any items that cannot be stacked.
Include a pallet-by-pallet list if sizes or weights differ. Photographs of the packed stock can help explain loading and handling requirements.
Loading & site access
Tell us what loading and offloading equipment is available, who will operate it and whether a loading-bay appointment is required. Include vehicle access restrictions and the receiver’s working hours.
If forklift access or another handling arrangement is needed, request it with the quote so the loading plan and service scope can be confirmed.
Vehicle & service options
A pallet count alone does not establish the right truck. Weight, loaded height, pallet footprint, stacking limits and access all affect the allocated vehicle. Send the full load details for a configuration and availability assessment.
Routes & coverage
Request collection and delivery across Johannesburg and Gauteng, or send a longer-distance South African route for assessment. For a distribution run, include every stop, the order delivered at each address and all receiving windows.
For cross-border transport, customs clearance, duties and taxes are for the client’s account. The written quotation confirms the transport scope and any separately agreed arrangements.

Yes. We arrange dedicated transport for one booking client. Send the actual load so a suitable vehicle can be assessed; the quotation covers the allocated vehicle.
Capacity depends on the allocated vehicle’s usable space and payload, as well as your loaded pallet dimensions and stacking limits. A vehicle class does not guarantee a fixed pallet count.
Tell us whether the goods can be stacked, the permitted loaded height and any handling restrictions. The loading plan is agreed for the consignment.
Include the offloading requirement and available equipment in the enquiry. Any additional handling arrangement must be assessed and agreed in the written quotation.
Yes. Send the usual load, service days, all stops and receiving windows so a repeat dedicated route can be assessed.
