Go Girl Logistics is a Level 1 BBBEE Black Female owned logistics company. In a typical male dominated industry, we are a 100% Black Female Owned logistics company that offers courier services, order fulfilment, e-commerce warehouse, bonded storage, and distribution. Established in 2018 by CEO and Founder Siphokazi Matsha, Go Girl logistics is headquartered in a modern facility in Johannesburg, South Africa operating 7 days a week. Located in Robertsville Industrial Park at 255 Nadine Street, our multi-channel fulfilment and distribution centre is under 24-hour security surveillance with access control that is conveniently situated within easy access to Main Reef Road and the N1, M1 and M2 highways with good transport networks via taxis and trains.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience, our team is proud to offer a personal level of service to each customer. When you send your inventory to a fulfilment warehouse like ours, you can rest assured that your stock is in good hands with Go Girl logistics because we treat it like it is our own. On arrival into our clean, dry, state of the art warehouse, we count all items and check for damage, photographing, weighing and measuring each new product. All stock movement is controlled using our intelligent mobile warehouse technology so that, from pallet to pick, your stock levels are taken care of.

Order Fulfilment Process- Five Step Process

>>> Step 1

Goods In

Send your goods to our state of the Art- Fulfilment centre in Robertville, Johannesburg. We will check, weigh, measure and photograph your goods as well as adding tracking information to our inventory management software.  We can also collect your goods from your supplier or your company.

Warehousing

At Go Girl logistics we have a multi temperature warehouse. We can store dry goods or perishable items. We also cater for customs bonded goods. Once goods have been thoroughly checked and tracked, we place them into a clean, safe, and appropriate storage area. We allocate the most cost-effective storage space per item, and you will only ever pay for what you use.

Picking and Packing

As soon as an order in placed on any of your channels, our team will be ready to put it together. We combine sophisticated tech and high trained fulfilment teams. We ensure that at least 98% of the orders are dispatched within the same day to with 100% pick and pack accuracy.

Shipping

We will ship your orders to where they need to be via our inhouse courier service. At Go Girl logistics we have reefer trucks and non-reefer trucks. Depending on the type of goods we are dispatching (perishable or dry goods) we ensure that we use an appropriate delivery truck. Due to the volume of orders, we ship each day, you will receive a good discount that grows as your sales do.

Returns

If your customers decide to return a product for any reason, they will return it straight to us for processing. We will check whether they are valid, issue refunds if required, check for damage and then put it right back into storage, ready for a new home.
