Goods In

Send your goods to our state of the Art- Fulfilment centre in Robertville, Johannesburg. We will check, weigh, measure and photograph your goods as well as adding tracking information to our inventory management software.  We can also collect your goods from your supplier or your company.

Warehousing

At Go Girl logistics we have a multi temperature warehouse. We can store dry goods or perishable items. We also cater for customs bonded goods. Once goods have been thoroughly checked and tracked, we place them into a clean, safe, and appropriate storage area. We allocate the most cost-effective storage space per item, and you will only ever pay for what you use.

Picking and Packing

As soon as an order in placed on any of your channels, our team will be ready to put it together. We combine sophisticated tech and high trained fulfilment teams. We ensure that at least 98% of the orders are dispatched within the same day to with 100% pick and pack accuracy.

Material Handling

We can pack a range of chilled and frozen food including meat, fish, and others. Our depot to customer fulfilment consolidates your stock at our cold store and have it packed for despatch directly to your customer.

Route Planning Stock Distribution

We provide route optimization. We will plan the route that will save time and fuel to dispatch your orders to your clients. Once the stock is distributed to your clients, a Goods Issuing Voucher of your products will be Emailed you. For frozen and chilled goods, we deliver with our Multi Temperature Controlled Vehicles.

Other Services.

Stock Rotation

Go Girl logistics will perform daily stock count for all your stock stored in our warehouse. Our stock counting procedure includes stock rotation whereby we will perform a First in First Out principle to avoid redundant or expired stock.

Stock Reports

When working with Go Girl logistics you will receive daily stock reports. We apply the FIFO principle (FIRST IN FIRST OUT) to prevent stock obsolete.

Food Packing Solutions

At Go Girl logistics we can offer our clients a tailored contract packing service thus making our in-house solutions reliable and flexible.

We offer several packing services for the food industry including contract packing, direct to consumer packing, repacking, and exposed product packing. Alongside your packing needs we can offer long- term ambient, chilled, or frozen storage solutions and tempering services. In terms of repacking, we will rectify broken or damaged goods and repack them. We have approved facilities for the packing of various food items including meat and fish.
